We are currently seeking a Tax Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing Tax practice. Prior experience within a law firm environment will be considered. Candidates with an LL.M. in Tax are preferred, however, those with interest in Tax planning and business transactional work will also be considered. Please have strong research and writing skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects independently and as part of a team. Must be admitted in Georgia.
We are also seeking a Tax Litigator, with 5+ years of litigation experience - Tax Court preferred. Prior experience within a law firm environment will be considered. Please have strong court experience, writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently and as part of a team. Must be admitted in Georgia.
